Becky represents clients in employment and labor law and litigation. In employment law, she assists clients in handling personnel matters for compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws. She also regularly advises employers on their legal rights and obligations under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, the FLSA and their state law counterparts.
Additional legal services include assisting employers in drafting policies, employment contracts and restrictive covenant agreements. Becky also defends employers in employer-employee litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agency proceedings. Her litigation practice includes advising clients on various types of business and general civil matters.
