Practice Description
Reg's practice consists primarily of advising individuals on estate planning, estate settlement and elder law matters. Related to these services, he also represents clients in guardianship proceedings.
In real estate law, Reg advises businesses and individuals on residential and commercial transactions and represents lenders in foreclosure lawsuits.
Reg has been named a "Rising Star" in the category of elder law by Super Lawyers, an award honoring the top lawyers in the State of Wisconsin under age 40. As published in Fox Cities Magazine, Reg was also named "Top Lawyer" by his peers in the real estate category.
Most recently, Reg was also voted as one of the "Future 15 Young Professional Award" winners for 2011. The Future 15 Awards were launched by the Post-Crescent and Pulse (the Young Professionals Network of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce & Industry) to spotlight rising executives whose efforts are making our community a better place to live and work.
